Shams Khan, CPA, CFP, has more than 18 years of experience in accounting, tax, consulting and personal financial planning services to individuals and businesses. Mr. Khan has special expertise in a number of areas, including real estate, healthcare, tax planning, and advisory services.

Mr. Khan is a licensed CPA and is Certified Financial Planner licensee. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida CPA Society.  He is a proponent of free educations for all and  and runs a not-for-profit for that purpose.

Allan Paull registered financial consultant has more the 20 years of experience in the Securities and Insurance industry. Mr. Paull has held positions with Marketing One securities, former banking firms Fortune Bank, Am South known as Regions Financial. Prior to the financial industry Mr. Paull was a real estate broker with WC&F reality advisers working with the resolution trust.

Umayma Shams, has more than 10 years of experience in accounting, tax, and consulting to individuals and businesses. She has special expertise in a number of areas, including payroll, consulting, marketing, and advisory services.

Carl Johnson

Sr. Tax Accountant

Carl is a tax preparer at SK Financial CPA LLC. He has 4 years experience in the Financial Services industry, dealing in Insurance and Securities as well as helping families develop and implement comprehensive financial plans. Prior to his involvement in the Financial Services industry, Carl worked for several years as a retail supervisor.

During this time he also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Remington College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Erika Moldovan

Staff Accountant

Erika Moldovan is a staff accountant here at SK Financial CPA. She has over 10 years of bookkeeping and is well versed in sales tax, accounts payable, and reconciliation. Erika works with several different types of clients, including but not limited to restaurants, law firms, medical and real estate companies. She is currently working towards obtaining her Certified Bookkeeper license. Erika’s precision and attention to detail ensures her clients financials are accurate and up to date with outstanding professionalism.
